Refund policy

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as items are unused and in their original packaging. To request an Exchange, customers must log into their respective Marasch account and submit an Exchange request from their Order History.

Please note that final sale items, samples, and gift units are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account.
