Welcome to Marasch, a brand owned and operated by Marasch Fashion LLP. By accessing our website or making a purchase from our store, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms as necessary, with updates reflected on this page.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

  • Customers are prohibited from using our products for any unlawful activities that violate local or international laws.
  • Reproduction, copying, or resale of our products, designs, marketing materials, images, videos, or packaging is strictly prohibited.
  • We retain the right to refuse orders at our discretion, based on factors including limited inventory, logistical constraints, or payment issues.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for all transactions made on our platform.

PRICING:

  • Our product prices are subject to occasional adjustments at the discretion of Marasch, which will be clearly displayed on our website
  • Discontinued products may be removed from our website without prior notice.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:

  • We offer shipping services all over India and Internationally.
  • Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping for all orders over Rs.1000/- within India. For Orders below Rs.1000/- , a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
  • In-stock items are typically dispatched within one business day, with estimated delivery times displayed during checkout.
  • A nominal fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, subject to availability in your area.
  • Customers will receive email notifications with tracking links for their orders. However, shipping times are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
  • Delivery Attempts:
  1. Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package to the provided shipping address.
  2. If Delivery attempts are unsuccessful, a delivery notification will be left, and you may be required to arrange for re-delivery or pick up your package from a designated location.

GIFT CARDS AND REWARDS:

Gift cards and rewards issued by Marasch Fashion LLP are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can only be redeemed on our platform.

We reserve the right to cancel gift cards in cases of misuse or abuse.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS:

Product exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and returned in their original packaging.

Final sale items and sample units are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, except for COD orders, which will be refunded to the customer's bank account.

 For manufacturing defects discovered within 14 days of purchase, please contact us at care@marasch.in
